Chemist Warehouse collaborated with Stuff to organise the Chemist Warehouse Supplier Function on Friday, 10th November 2023. The goal was to showcase the year's success and unveil future plans to an audience of suppliers, partners, and ambassadors.
Chemist Warehouse aimed to move away from the conventional presentation style of the previous year, which took place in a hotel/conference setting. This time, the focus was on creating a captivating and surprising experience for the audience, our brief was clear: wow factor.

Design and production of all key elements of the event such as signage, stage design, invitations, fit-out elements.

End-to-end coordination of the event including food & drinks, speakers, technical set up for presentations, and the after-party networking function.

Seamless Integration of Theme
The exclusive invitation-only event, themed "Opening Doors," exceeded expectations. The highlights included a seamless integration of the theme throughout the event, from registration to stage design, presentations, and the after-party networking function.
Wow Factor
The collaboration with Stuff resulted in a unique and memorable experience, marking a departure from traditional event formats. We managed to successfully wow the audience and through this reinforce Chemist Warehouse's commitment to innovation and excellence in the eyes of its key stakeholders.
