Exclusive South Island Debate for The Press and Stuff - 2020
In September 2020, Stuff, in collaboration with The Press, hosted the South Island Leader’s Debate featuring the Prime Minister, Rt Hon Jacinda Ardern and Leader of the Opposition, Hon Judith Collins. The goal was to provide a platform for a significant political discussion on the issues that matter to New Zealanders.

Over 2,000 people attended to watch the live debate, while an additional 150,000 joined the livestream. The event had a positive reception, and its seamless organisation ensured a smooth flow, eliminating any obstacles that could have hindered a meaningful and impactful discussion.
